  1. I appreciate the visual effectiveness of this picture, such as the different fonts. I like how you compared the different battles. I would have liked to see a map depicting the route of the battles and such. I think the battles detracted from the rebel victory because it was two wins for the opposing team.

  2. I appreciate the linear format and color coordinated sections that help to make it easier to read and understand clearly. I would have liked to see some reasons for why the tides changed or why confusion ensued or the generals actions affected the overall outcome of these battles. although Philadelphia was captured by the British, these battles contributed to France's decision to aid the colonists, which greatly helped them in winning the war.

  3. Your presentation is very nice overall, however it would've been nice to include a little more detail as to why the British won. This battle is clearly important because it persuaded the French to support us, and their support was key in our success.

  4. I like how your sign it is very to the point and it is easy to follow how the battles progressed, and the outcomes. I think it might be helpful to elaborate just a little on key factors of the battle and their results. These battle detracted from the colonists' victory because the first battle was a loss, and because the second battle was neither a win or loss, it was unhelpful in the colonists' cause.

  5. I really like how appealing the visual aspect of this poster is! Not only that, but I also like how the colors separate the battles and types of information. I would like to see specific reasons why the battle suddenly went downhill after it was previously going well for the Americans. Despite the initial loss and failure to prevent Philadelphia from being captured, the British and Hessian forces suffered greater casualties than the Continental Army.

  6. I really like the look of the poster and how everything is displayed, but I think the outcome should be worded differently because it is vague and could cause confusion to the reader. And wasn't Saratoga the battle that persuaded the French to join America as allies?

  7. I appreciate the use of short and precise facts but a little bit more reasons for why each factor occurred would be better. The Americans lost Philadelphia and the British gained two victories.
